Chris graduated with highest distinction from Ontario Tech University in 2016, earning a Bachelor of Commerce, followed by a graduate diploma that same summer. He became a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in 2018.

Before joining Lakefront Utility Services Inc. in 2024, he was a Manager with Baker Tilly KDN with over seven years of public accounting experience serving a mix of private and public sector, for-profit and not-for-profit clients. Chris brings extensive expertise in the utility industry, having managed audits and advisory work for multiple Ontario Electric utilities, Water utilities, and Oil and Gas distribution companies. With a deep understanding of the unique financial landscape of local distribution companies, he is well-versed in navigating the complexities of this highly regulated sector.

Chris is a valued volunteer at Canopy Support Services, serving on the Board of Directors since 2021, and as the Treasurer and Chair of the Finance and Audit committee since 2022.
