Kelley joined the LUSI Board in 2021. She holds a BA in Math from the University of Western Ontario and a Technology Diploma from Fanshawe College. She sits on advisory boards for cyber security and digital strategy, and is a frequent keynote speaker at women in leadership and diversity events. Kelley started her career at Sun Life Financial (SLF), and has held executive roles at SLF, TD Bank, Economical and Sonnet Insurance, and the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA). Her career has focused on delivering strategic innovation understanding the need to balance creating a positive customer experience while meeting regulatory commitments. She is a cyber advocate and is active in public forums on cyber security. Kelley is an award winning author of the book “Please Stay, How Women in Tech Survive and Thrive”.
